LA LA LAND
Late at night, Kamie and I decided we'd get up the next morning to see La La Land, the winner of a record-breaking 7 Golden Globe Awards, including Best Picture. You'd practically have to live under a rock to have not heard of this movie. Of course, we had to stop at the local Starbucks to grab coffee before we headed to the movie theater. After we got some caffeine in our veins, we saw La La Land and you may be wondering...did it live up to our expectations? Yes! La La Land is a beautifully filmed modern-day musical and it was just as amazing as everyone says.
